Velvet Ditch Coffee Roasters Selected to Participate in SnackDown Event in Oxford, MS

Velvet Ditch Coffee Roasters has been selected to be a vendor for the 2023 SnackDown event on August 17, 2023 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Powerhouse in Oxford, Mississippi. The SnackDown is a culinary tasting event celebrating Lafayette County’s Food entrepreneurs. SnackDown is a project of Leadership Lafayette and the Oxford-Lafayette County Chamber of Commerce.
“I love sharing Velvet Ditch Coffee with others. As a roaster my goal is to create unique flavor profiles in the cup, crafting memorable experiences for coffee enthusiasts like myself,” Velvet Ditch Coffee Roasters’ Owner Lesley Walkington, said. “Coffee brings friends and family together and gives them a reason to visit just a little bit longer. I believe every moment is more special with Velvet Ditch Coffee in your cup. I am excited to have the opportunity to share Velvet Ditch Coffee Roasters’ single origin coffees at SnackDown,” Lesley added.
Velvet Ditch Coffee Roasters will offer Cold Brew and Pour Over samplings at the SnackDown Event. To attend the event, you may purchase a ticket in advance.

, farmers, cottage food makers, food trucks and beverage entrepreneurs for a tasting event that showcases the thriving culinary industry within Lafayette County. In addition to Velvet Ditch Coffee Roasters, the following vendors will also participate: Oxcicles, Southern Sweets and More, Mrs. Hippie, Homemade on First Street, Queens Reward, Bar Muse, Fresh Out of the Water, Sleepy Cactus, Wildfire in Wonderland, Boswell’s of Oxford and many other amazing vendors.
